- C30 lbs
- D5 lbs
Why B is right
Since January 1, 2026, EPA's Emissions Reduction and Reclamation rule under the AIM Act applies leak repair requirements to appliances holding 15 lbs or more of HFC refrigerant (or a substitute with a GWP above 53), down from 50 lbs. Residential and light-commercial AC and heat pumps are excluded from these requirements.
